1. One Word, One Thought, One quotation, One Mantra that gives you courage is God. One Smell, One Odor, One Scent that gives you courage is God. One Hero, One Idol, One Character which gives you courage is God. As a same word, same quotation, same smell does not give courage to all but different words, different quotations, different action, different smell gives courage to different people. Our Ancestors realized this and hence we have infinite names of God.
2. The path towards freedom is extremely hard and difficult because we are living in a world, which is ruled by society. Our present day society does not believe in expansion, but believes in contraction. This society has introduced some false values, which weaken the individuals. This society does not allow people to think independently. Every person who thinks independently is disliked and disowned by the society. But if you will read history you will find only those people who have thought independently are the people who have changed the world. They are the people who have realized God. Thinking independently is very difficult, it requires tremendous courage. You are all alone when you think independently. The society brandishes you as a lone wolf and is afraid of you. They are afraid because they cannot control you. They are afraid that society will be destroyed if each person thinks independently. But society forgets that if persons think independently, society will advance tremendously, materially, mentally and spiritually. All the great ideas that have been born till now have been born by an independent thinking man, by an individual and not by the collective brains.
   The society speaks about freedom, but this very society opposes you when you think independently, but a real man has never been afraid of society because he knows that society is sum and total of all individuals. It has no separate existence, it has no separate entity, and it exists because we exist.
3. There is neither evil, nor good in this world. Only one thing that exists is action. Good and Evil are the colored glasses through which an individual sees the actions. Once you realize this duality you will realize the unity of the Universe.
4. Every action that a man does always leads towards development. Development is a must so is an action. Without action you do not realize and without realization there is no knowledge, without knowledge there is no awareness, without awareness a man is not a man but an animal. Awareness is the only quality that distinguishes man from an animal.
5. In our religion there are four forms of yoga's for God realization.
   They are
   a) Raja yoga - is realization through concentration of mind.
   b) Jnana yoga - is realization through knowledge.
   c) Karma yoga - is realization through work or action.
   d) Bhakti yoga - is realization through love.
   
   These yoga's can be separately practiced in an early stage. You may be able to practice any one independently. But at later stage you cannot practice them separately. You have to practice all together to achieve realization. In Jnana yoga man starts by thinking of acquiring knowledge but, once the knowledge is acquired you realize that you must act to acquire further knowledge. Thus you have learnt to act. Action produces certain result and this affects your mind and emotions. Not only yours, but also on others mind and emotions. Thus you are concerned not only with your mind and emotions but also with mind and emotions of other people. Thus by thinking you have learnt to act and by action you realize that only thing that matters is love. Any action, any knowledge, which is without love, has no meaning. Only action and knowledge which can produce happiness is done with love. Love produces bliss, which is the aim of Raja yoga. In case of Karma yoga first you do the action then results produce knowledge and knowledge leads to realization that love is the only thing that matters.
6. After a long period of stagnation there is some thrill in my life, I do not know what I want in my life. I do not understand what life means. What is the purpose of life? What is right or wrong? I know only one thing that I want to know the answer to these questions. The questions regarding matter do not interest me anymore. Because I am interested more in human mind than in matter. I want to know whether the human mind is like matter, given all similar conditions produces similar results. Recently I have been worried a lot but tonight I am not worried at all. I am able to sit calmly and quietly and think about life. I feel and understand that I am not afraid to live because I am prepared to face all the consequences of my action. I think I do not like the life of inaction especially that of my mind, of my intelligence. Living a routine life or a life as per the rules and regulations directed by the society makes a man's life stagnant and does not give full scope to understand life. A man gets used to this confused state of mind and he thinks he has understood life. Is it possible to understand life ? Yes, provided you understand infinity. Till now, I have not met any person in my life who seems to have got out of this confusion, who knows what is right and what is wrong and what is the best of way of living. As I have not met any such person I have made my life as an experimental ground. I act according to what I think is right and then find out the result of it. But even this experimentation does not seen to produce result. It does not even reply to my queries, it does not seem to show me the path way to live life. It does not guide me at all.
   
   I had read a long time back in a book called "Human Destiny" and that change of scale of observation changes the phenomenon. I think this scientific fact is also true in the case of mind. As the scale of observation changes the phenomenon also changes. As every man has different scale of observation, his way of looking at human life differs. No two persons can look at the phenomenon in the same way. Not only that but every moment of life the scale of observation changes for the same person and he sees the phenomenon in different light. This reminds me about a sentence which Jawaharlal Nehru had written in his book called "Discovery of India". He says "Past is Dead" I do not agree with him. Past is never dead. Every time you look at the Past it appears in different form as the scale of your observation has changed. It is never dead. It lives with you, it grows with you, it changes with you. Not only that it helps you in forming your Present and Future. (23.09.1972).
7. I must learn to control my emotions. At present I reached a stage in my life where I realized that man makes his own destiny. To be a successful man you must totally control your emotions, senses, thoughts and actions. Every moment you must hold all of them under your control. Any time you become lenient to yourself you destroy yourself partly. I have till now given full freedom to myself to see life and to learn from experience, as they say experience is the best teacher. I have realized now that to give yourself so much of freedom, you learn a lot and understand yourself in the world but at the same time you also lose control over yourself. Your action done at random becomes habit,you become a slave to your habits. You find it extremely difficult to control yourself. I do not mind person doing anything but it should be well planned. To do something on the spur of the moment is nothing but an action which an animal does, not a man. Hence I must to learn to control myself fully. I should learn to live my life, as I want it. Everything that I want I should try to achieve it. Renunciation is only good, after you have achieved the thing you want. You cannot renounce the world unless you have world with you if you are poor and say you have renounced wealth it makes no sense. If you have never smoked, never drank, never gambled and never done anything which the world says are evil habits, and then you say that you have lot off self control you are wrong, you have no self-control. It is only after you have done all these things and seen the joys of these habits and then you decided to leave these habits than only you can say you have self-control. Only when you have known the excesses of these things, you have almost become a slave of them and then you decide to leave them no say control them. Learn to enjoy them in small doses in moderation, never becoming a slave of them but controlling them, riding on them as you ride a horse with full control over their reins, then only you have self-control. No person who has not done any of them can call himself virtuous. Virtuous are those people who have enjoyed all these and consciously abstain from them.
   
   Man makes his own destiny so you must. Only animals do not make their own destiny. Learn to raise yourself, control yourself. Do not accept any help. People normally do not help a person because they want to help but because they want to show that they are superior to you and make you feel inferior. Do not help any one unless and until you want to and once you have helped the man do not accept anything from him in return. Help because you want to help and not because you want to feel superior. Do not sacrifice anything for any one. Sacrifice is not virtue. It is one of the worst vices that ever exist. If you want to do anything for any one do it only because you want to do it. If you are in love with any one do not expect anything then only you can love. Accepting love and return of love is nothing but a barter system. Love a person because you love him. Give-up everything in the world because you want to do it and not because world wants you to do it.

   It was a fine morning. Cool breeze was blowing gently. The sun was hiding behind the thin curtain of clouds; as a result atmosphere was full of diffused light. The birds were singing in a mild tone, full of joy. Suddenly the sun came out of the thin curtain showing its brilliance, filling the surrounding with its life giving light. It was as if a beautiful damsel behind a thin veil removed its veil and showed her beauty. The birds became quiet for a moment and then started singing with exhilarated joy to welcome the new day to welcome the light that had spreaded throughout the sky, making visible the things, which were hidden behind the darkness of the night.

   To be surrounded by nature is like being surrounded by God.
   
   At present in the world I do not find any politician who is humanitarian. All of them are biased either for the country or for the state or for the community. They all have lost their sense of humanity. You may have society for human rights, but they are also partial. Where are leaders like Mahatma Gandhi, who lead people by doing the things himself first and then tell the people to follow him? Whatever people may say about Mahatma Gandhi, he was a leader, he led by example. Whatever he believed he followed it himself then people followed him. If any of his followers disobeyed him he atoned for his followers and went on fast.
8. Poona Traffic can only be improved if you remove all fines but puncture all the wheels of vehicle. Govt. is making more rules than required and as a result lot of rules are not been obeyed. Reduce the number of rules and see that they are obeyed. I laughed a lot when I heard Helmet wearing is going to be made compulsory. When Govt. is not able to control the traffic. People are crossing the road and vehicles are passing through the red signal. People who break the law should be controlled very strictly because they will be harming the other people while not wearing the helmet will harm the person himself. Isn't it laughing matter when you allow the people to kill others but protect themselves by wearing helmet? Let traffic police find-out how many Govt. vehicles have a real pollution certificate. If you look at the smoke coming out of the PMT Bus you realize how much Govt. is interested in pollution control. Govt. tells people to file the sales tax return every month or every three month or yearly. If a dealer under charges the sales tax why they don't inform the dealer that after 3 or 6 months that he is charging lesser sales tax than require. Officer should inform within 6 months that he has paid less tax. Dealer is only collecting on behalf of the Govt. and paying to the Govt. If he charges less it is the duty of Govt. informed him after the first return what tax he should charge or a period should be fixed by the Govt. to inform the person what is the correct tax. During that period person should be allowed to collect tax from his customers at the rate stated by the Govt. people.

The origin of religion and science is the same. As Swami Vivekananda had said, religion originated from two principles:

1. Nature Worship
2. Worship of the ancestors.

In all mythologies, you'll find that the names of gods are derived from nature. In our Hindu religion we have Varuna, Indra, Agni etc. Similarly in the Greek mythology, the names of gods are derived from natural forces.

Zoroastrians worship fire, while in Egypt they preserve the dead bodies of pharaohs in pyramids as mummies. Then Swami Vivekananda said you can combine both things into one i.e. "Man wants to transcend the limitation of senses". The origin of science is also based on the same principle. Man saw fishes swimming in the sea, so they built boats and ships; they saw birds flying, so they built flying machines. It proves that origin of science and religion is the same.

In a book called "Human Destiny", the author says that science is based on two principles:

1. To find order in disorder
2. Change of scale of observation changes the phenomenon

Boyle's law, Archimedes principle are examples of the first case. Boyle's law states relation between pressure and volume, keeping temperature constant; But with varying temperature the law changes. There is infinite number of factors so there will be infinite laws between these relationships.

You can take any object, e.g. ashtray. It can be made up of metal or plastic, and then when you change the scale of observation, you say it is made up of molecules, atoms. The same can be said about life. It is made up of cells, flesh, bone, blood and infinite other factors. Infinite factors make infinite varieties of life.

The law of conservation of energy states that energy can neither be created nor destroyed, it only changes form, from one form to another e.g. potential energy, kinetic energy, magnetic energy.

Later Einstein came up with a law E=mc˛. This law states the relationship between energy and mass. Same thing is said in Hindu religion and that process is called reincarnation. Life cannot be created or destroyed, it only changes form.

Earlier I had stated a sloka from Bhagvad Gita

"For I am the Brahman Within this body, Life immortal That shall not perish, For I am the truth and joy forever"

Brahman here means you are the universe, which cannot be created or destroyed. You are infinite. When you are born as a body with senses, you are made finite. Now as you are infinite and put in a finite body with senses, there is a struggle to transcend the limitation of senses. You must've noticed that all your senses require the help of something even when all organs of your senses are alright.

Scientifically the light from the object is reflected from the retina and an image is formed, message of the image formed is sent through optic nerves to the brain and brain analyzes and you can see the object. The same is the case for hearing, tasting, smelling and touching.

Now all your senses are functioning well, but when you are absorbed in your own thoughts, you don't see, you don't hear, you don't feel, you don't taste and you don't smell. Because something else is required to see, hear, taste, touch and smell; and what is that? That is Brahman.

Normally, during the freedom struggle, of any country great leaders are born. As I do not know much about independence struggle of other countries , I am writing about Freedom struggle of India.

The Independence struggle started  was inspired, by American War of independence.

During the freedom struggle, great personalities in all fields were born  

Great Saints like Ramkrihna Paramhans, who inspired Swami Vivekanand, who became famous for his lectures at Religious Conference held in Chicago in America. America was the First Country in the World, to held an religious conference. I appeal to common men from America to restart this unity of all religions again. Let us all common people of the world come together to make world as one nation, and Humanity as one religion. Great scientists like J.C.Bose , C.V.Raman & Great writers like Rabindranath Tagore  & Premchand were also born, great social workers like Raja Ram Mohan Roy & Great Industrialists like Tata & Birla, & Great Freedom fighters like Mahatma Gandhi, Lala Lajpat Rai , Bal Gangadhar Tilak, Sardar Vallabhai Patel, Raj Gopal Acharya, Jawharlal Nehru etc.etc. All these leaders never had security. They were fearless. They had only one aim that was Freedom for the country. They never took the salary or the Perks. Except, Jawaharlal Nehru nobody brought their heirs as leaders. I would like to mention also other leaders like Jagjeevanram, Lal Bahadur Shastri, Gulzarilal Nanda, & Dr.Amedkar. Jagjeevanram & Dr.Ambedkar were from the backward class. At that time there was no reservation. They rose to such great heights on their own merit. There should be no reservation in Education & politics & jobs. They should only be on merit & Qualification only. There should not be any seat available on donation, or management quota. If Government wants to help backward classes & Minorities let the them give free education upto SSC & for higher education let them give scholarship & stipend so that their families do not feel the financial burden, but there should not be any reservation in Medical or Engineering colleges.

Education means Learning & Doing the work as you have learnt. But present day education means earning only. Are the business management students taught, how to procure order without bribing & on its own merit.

All the candidates who stand for election must file their income tax return in which statement of the property they own should be declared. This should be published in all newspapers so that public can raise an objection if they have doubts.

All those who win the election should work free of cost or they can take the salary & perks offered to a average man in India. They should work impartially. They should not be partial as they are now.

When money is criterion of work, you cannot work honestly. Actually money is an disincentive to work.

Justice & education should cost very little so that poor people can get Justice & Education at very little cost. I am giving some examples which will prove that Justice is very costly. The cases against Sanjay Dutt, Salman Khan, Rahul Mahajan. They say that Justice delayed is Justice denied. Other thing is the cost of Justice. Do you think any ordinary person could have fought the cases for such a long period, could they have spent so much money to fight their cases.

I want the common people to learn the process of thinking. You pray for the celebrities like film stars & sports persons & politician, without any expectation when they fall sick or are injured an ordinary man would be grateful to you. But all these celebrities exploit your admiration. I do not mind if they charge any price for their services in their own field. But they act as brand masters, without ascertaining whether the product is good or not , without thinking that it will effect the common men as the product will become costly. Now you decide who is better, you or celebrity or Politician or sports person.

Terrorism cannot be stopped unless & until we remove poverty & bring Equality in the world. We must not ask people about their religion or nationality. We should treat everybody as Human beings.

Poverty can be removed only when three basics requirements of life become cheap. Three basic requirements are Food, clothes & housing. At present all these things have become costly, not only for poor people but even for middle class people. During last one year the Housing prices have shot by more than 100 per cent. Prices of food grains have gone up by about 50 t0 70 per cent. I do not understand how the houses purchased by the people last year and houses purchased by others this year in the same area the cost is double? The Land was bought by the Builder at the same time. Has the cost of Labor & raw material increased to such an Extent that the prices have so shot up. If demand & supply controls prices then builders are Exploiting the people which government should immediately stop.

What are politicians & celebrities are doing at this time? They are busy putting up the banners of their leaders everywhere in the city thinking that cities will become green & prosper by looking at the pictures of these leaders the prices will tumble down, traffic jams will go away, Roads will become good & farmers will stop committing suicides. Instead of solving the problems, they are more interested in their own welfare, thinking that their own welfare & security, means security of the people. Actually it should be vice versa.

Ethics of Work , Business & Profession

Whatever work or business or profession you are in, there are certain ethics of it.

In Hindu religion they are called Swadharma.

I have launched this website after I closed down my business . I closed down my business as absence of ethics in business started suffocating me. I started questioning myself why I was doing business. I do not know why people are doing business but I knew why I was doing business. I wanted freedom as my job experiences had taught me that I cannot work freely & to my own satisfaction. I started questioning myself . Is earning money the only criterion of life? What is the purpose of life? As I was pondering over all these questions I stopped writing & sat down to see T.V. God helped me in sorting out ethics of Work, Business & Profession.There came a flash on the T.V. stating that Health Minister files an affadavit in Supreme Court against pesticides in colas.This set a chain of thoughts in my mind. I started thinking what would have happened to an ordinary man. Wouldn't his cart been snatched & he would have been put in Police custody.

Earlier I had written about the prices of flats & land going up by 100 to 150% within a year. I asked Builders about it . They said it is a question of Demand & supply. A thought came to my mind . people used to buy cinema tickets in black when all tickets were sold out, people selling tickets were caught & put in police custody & a case was filed against them. Is this Democracy? Wasn't it a question of demand & Supply?

Hospitals & doctors charge any fee they want. They do so many tests & charge such heavy fees for these tests. Are these the Ethics of Profession. They make patient live on artificial supports. They do not even show Humanity even if the patient dies . They charge you for all the tests they carried out. They even charge you for the artificial supports to make the patient live, even though they know the patient is not going to live. They refuse to give you the body till you settle the bill . Have they forgotten the Medical oath they had taken at the time of Graduation?

Most of the manufacturer today are basing there selling prices on Quantity basis. If you buy 100 you get one price , if you buy 1000 you get another price & if you buy 100000 you get another price. This may be good for them , but it is totally wrong for the society & the world. A new enterprenur may find it difficult to start a business because of such policies. As his purchasing cost is higher by about 15 to 20%. How can he compete with persons having well established business & with rich people having lors of spare money. As a result rich people will get richer & poor people who are capable will find it difficult to start a business. The prices should hence be based on costing. This will allow more people to come into business & there would be more outlets for the manufacturer. This will reduce blackmarketing of the product.

Patanjali has said that when you eat food, it gets converted into flesh and blood. In the same way, what you learn should get assimilated along with work ethics. In ancient India, Rishis used to teach students in their ashrams in the jungles. Knowledge of different subjects was taught to them by stating an example from their own life. Warriors were taught ethics of war; that you should fight only during the day and not during night; never attack an unarmed enemy. They were taught household duties, and how to take care of parents and children. They were also taught business and business ethics. All the knowledge was not imparted to everyone. The Rishis judged their students and gave them particular knowledge. Full knowledge was only given to a few selected students whom Rishis found to possess the character and ethics of that particular field. Maharajas consulted Rishis on how to rule and how to fight. Rajas always consulted their problems with rishis and ruled their state as per their advice.

Mahatma Gandhi was the politician of modern age and was the only person who had assimilated knowledge as per ancient Indian methods. He got us freedom and was able to arouse the common man by himself following the practice of 'ahimsa'. People listened to him because he had an aura of sincerity and practicing what he preached. This policy was also practiced by a lot of other countries, which helped them get their independence.

In modern age, we are not teaching the ethics of any profession. We are imparting knowledge to students without testing their character. Terrorism can only be stopped by the policy of 'ahimsa'. Terrorism happens because roti, kapda aur makaan has become costly and we have not assimilated what we have learnt. All professions now believe in only making money, and this is because we do not have Universities that teach ethics of work. All education today can be bought and when you buy education you can understand what kind of education you are getting. Most of the countries claim to be democratic but in reality none of them are. No one thinks of the common man.

When I had started the website, I had a hazy idea of the purpose of the website and I wrote and put down in writing whatever came into my mind.

Now I have a clear idea of the purpose of the website- to awaken the common people and make them realize that the whole world is one. People everywhere in the world are the same.

Let them understand that no politician in the world is interested in the people. They are only interested in the power and money. If the politicians would be interested they would not ask for security and decide world policies that are anti-people. They call themselves democrats, but there is not a single democracy in the world, otherwise there wouldn't be 2 different rules for different people.

Democracy means Government of the people, by the people and for the people. The leaders should lead by example; they should be getting the average income of the people. Only those people should stand for elections that are interested in humanity and they should not get so many perks as they are availing now. All the banks should have the same agreements and not different types of agreements.

I have written whatever I wanted express on my web site now it is the duty youth to think of laws to bring total democracy in the world.
